This is fucking amazing, to me, probably not for other people, but this is my favorite teacher i have ever had, he teaches Zen and the Literary Experience, this is the same teacher who teaches a class on Tolkien (which i have yet to take but will) i have probably told you about him in conversation but this is him giving a FUCKING - LECTURE - AT - GOOGLE - HEADQUARTERS - and its awesome he is brilliant ....but seeing that i had him for a semester i can tell that he is nervous, he throws at you lots and lots of heavy information after lots of heavy information really fast....in class he is really really relaxed as if he had smoked a joint before class lol .... this is basically my semester in 53 minutes minus Zen and Buddhism... so i understand that its an hour long lecture and that no one is going to actually sit down and watch it especially if you jsut got out of class and have shit to do like homework or work but he talks about some really interesting stuff so if you got an hour to kill and dont have shit to do (JP) lol jk....but seriously you would appreciate this as would everyone
this guy litterally changed my perception of society and life in general
