That's pretty crazy, especially if it got to the point where it could re-fuel itself while running, just off air alone. It would be so beneficial to the environment. On the flip side though, and this is the exxxtreemme flip side, but what would be the ramifications on the economy if an industry like the oil industry collapsed? In light of the crazy amount of money oil execs make, it's easy to forget about blue collar workers that allow these oil companies to run. What would happen to their jobs if that industry collapsed, just look at cities like Detroit and Flynt in Michigan where the affects of the failing of the American car industry were devestating. The oil industry is a big one, and things like gas tax help fund a lot of road upkeep etc. It's a tough problem to try and balance economic concerns and being environmentally friendly

wow. thats what this world needs fo real. i remember reading something maybe 6 years ago about how a car company was trying to build a hydrogen or water run car and actually succeeded. I think the problem with the pure hydrogen was that its just as flammable as gasoline aka really dangerous.
anyhoo, its nice to hear about inventions that will better the lives of the individual and the world, morally and financially.
